To solve this problem, ReSound has created its new OMNIA hearing aids that implement a new concept of microphone directionality: full 360º directionality. This new system makes your hearing aids analyze the 360º of the sound environment around you, select the people who are speaking to you from any angle and automatically adjust the direction and sensitivity of their microphones towards them. In this way, you will be able to hear the speech perfectly regardless of the position of your companions and without giving up the ambient sound.

The new ReSound OMNIA includes Ultra Focus, a system that prioritizes speech-related sounds that are in front of you but allows you to hear the rest of the sounds that come from the sides but at a much lower level. Customize and control your hearing aids easily and discreetly
Controlling hearing aids from the phone makes them even more discreet. The ReSound Smart 3D application allows you to increase and decrease the volume or customize its sound so that your hearing aids work in the way you want. You can geo-tag a specific location to change to the same settings the next time you are there, automatically. The ReSound Smart 3D application even helps you find your hearing aids if you lose them. It can also track the status of your battery, receive a notification when it needs recharging and inform you when your hearing aids are ready for use. In addition, it also helps you cope with tinnitus by masking it with masking sounds, whether white noise or nature sounds. Even with the new OMNIA hearing aids, it incorporates an option that checks if you are wearing the hearing aids correctly.

4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
