The new ReSound ONE includes Ultra Focus, a new system for microphones that allow you to understand much better in a face-to-face conversation in noisy environments. Its microphones prioritize speech-related sounds in front of you while allowing you to hear all other sounds coming from the sides. This way they get you to understand the conversation without completely isolating you from your surroundings. If you find yourself in a crowded room, in a taxi with music, on a busy street or in a crowded airport, feel free to activate the Ultra Focus using the button on your hearing aids or the ReSound Smart 3D app. You will hear what a change!

You will have this direct connection if you are an iPhone user or if your mobile phone is an Android 10.0 with bluetooth 5.0. If not, you can enjoy all these benefits with the small ReSound Phone Clip + accessory. In addition to this, ReSound offers you a wide range of wireless accessories that allow you to listen to television directly in your hearing aids (TV Streamer 2), microphones to improve understanding in very difficult situations or at a distance (Micro Mic and Multi Mic) and controls to discreetly control your hearing aids (Remote Control and Remote Control 2). ReSound ONE can give you all its amazing features with low power consumption thanks to its excellent lithium-ion battery that gives you up to 25 hours of power per charge. You simply have to place the hearing aids on the inductive charger, without having to worry about their contacts, to recharge them. In addition, for this new generation of hearing aids, ReSound offers you a small desktop charger with a simple and timeless design.
Remote adjustments wherever you are
At home, at work or on vacation, the ReSound Assist Live service allows you to communicate with your audiologist from the ReSound Smart 3D app to make programming adjustments in real time and receive updates for your hearing aids. Customize and control your hearing aids easily and discreetly
Controlling hearing aids from the phone makes them even more discreet. The ReSound Smart 3D application allows you to increase and decrease the volume or customize its sound so that your hearing aids work in the way you want. You can geo-tag a specific location to change to the same settings the next time you are there, automatically. The ReSound Smart 3D application even helps you find your hearing aids if you lose them. It can also track the status of your battery, receive a notification when it needs recharging and inform you when your hearing aids are ready for use. In addition, it also helps you cope with tinnitus by masking it with masking sounds, whether white noise or nature sounds. With ReSound, you have control.

Claso Care includes all hearing services you need to ensure your maximum tranquility and satisfaction. You can add it at the time of the purchase from 1 to 5 years. Renewable whenever you want, just contact us and we will extend it for 150 € per year.
Which services are included exactly?
1. UNLIMITED HEARING TESTS:We monitor hearing loss and adjust hearing aid accordingly, with as many visits as you need.
2.UNLIMITED VISITS TO YOUR HEARING-AID SPECIALIST:We're always there to address your queries and issues and discuss improvements to your hearing aid.
3. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:With Claso Care you won't just be extending your hearing-aid manufacturer's warranty, we'll also give you all the batteries you need for free.
4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
8. HEARING-AID REPLACEMENT:If your hearing aid takes longer than 5 days to repair, we'll provide you with a replacement while yours is repaired.
9. ACCOMPANYING SERVICE:We'll be with you from the word go, advising you in keeping with your needs: price, aesthetics, connectivity, size... and we'll also be there with you throughout the span the span of your hearing health.
