You must bear in mind that beyond the tests prior to fitting, at the time of remote fitting, an audiometry will be performed with the same hearing aids once they have been placed in your ears. When placing your online order for hearing aids, you have a 15-day right of withdrawal in which you can assess whether the performance they offer is worth it. If you are not satisfied, we will refund the full amount paid once we receive the hearing aids with the original packaging back in perfect conditions.

During these first 15 days you will be able to have online reviews with your audiologist in order to fine-tune the programming of your hearing aids. We recommend that there be at least 4 sessions so that there is no doubt and all doubts that may arise are clarified.

In case of having manufactured a custom product, these will not be refundable. In the case of intra hearing aids, the cost of manufacturing the housing is € 100 for acrylic materials and 200 € in the case of titanium. Amount that will be subtracted from the amount to be returned once the payment is made, if necessary.

In order to manufacture any custom product we must be able to take the impressions of your ears in person. This process is only possible in person and is done with a paste that is inserted into your ears and after a few minutes it hardens and can now be extracted in the shape of your ear canal.
