ReSound Core hearing aids incorporate the latest Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) technology, including the new Auracast connection system, allowing you to enjoy the highest sound quality with minimal power consumption. This provides an excellent direct connection to your mobile phone, enabling you to use them as wireless headphones for calls, audio messages, music, video streaming, and more. This connectivity is compatible with iPhones and Android phones that offer Bluetooth 5.3. Furthermore, this new generation of Bluetooth uses the Auracast connection protocol, designed to connect to any electronic device that incorporates it, such as computers and televisions. The protocol is also designed to allow you to connect in the near future in public places that implement it, such as theaters, cinemas, and airport public address systems.

Your pocket audiologist
Wherever you are, the ReSound Assist Live service allows you to enjoy visits with your audiologist thanks to the ReSound Smart 3D application. This way, your audiologist can apply changes to your programming in real time through a video call as if it were an in-person visit. Control your hearing aids easily
The ReSound Smart 3D app allows you to control your hearing aids in the most discreet way possible. With it, you can raise and lower the volume or customize its sound so that your hearing aids work according to your personal preferences. You can even geotag a location so that your hearing aids automatically change to the settings you have decided for that specific location. The ReSound Smart 3D app can also help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. In addition, it also helps you cope with tinnitus by masking it with relaxing sounds, whether white noise or nature sounds.

Claso Care includes all hearing services you need to ensure your maximum tranquility and satisfaction. You can add it at the time of the purchase from 1 to 5 years. Renewable whenever you want, just contact us and we will extend it for 150 € per year.
Which services are included exactly?
1. UNLIMITED HEARING TESTS:We monitor hearing loss and adjust hearing aid accordingly, with as many visits as you need.
2.UNLIMITED VISITS TO YOUR HEARING-AID SPECIALIST:We're always there to address your queries and issues and discuss improvements to your hearing aid.
3. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:With Claso Care you won't just be extending your hearing-aid manufacturer's warranty, we'll also give you all the batteries you need for free.
4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
8. HEARING-AID REPLACEMENT:If your hearing aid takes longer than 5 days to repair, we'll provide you with a replacement while yours is repaired.
9. ACCOMPANYING SERVICE:We'll be with you from the word go, advising you in keeping with your needs: price, aesthetics, connectivity, size... and we'll also be there with you throughout the span the span of your hearing health.
