Complicated environments are the main obstacle faced by people with hearing loss. The new ReSound Vivia scans the 360° surroundings and classifies the environments you are in to automatically adjust to your hearing needs. By taking into account your entire surroundings, Vivia provides all the auditory information your brain needs for the most natural hearing possible, while ensuring you perceive speech from all directions, regardless of where your companions are positioned.
Improve speech even in noise
The Deep Neural Network (DNN) that is part of the AI in ReSound hearing aids powers its new Intelligent Focus feature. This new feature improves the contrast between unwanted noise and speech by eliminating noise to highlight speech. Furthermore, this noise reduction is performed differently depending on the source of the noise; for example, a continuous background noise is not the same as one that occurs suddenly. In this way, Vivia eliminates distractions and provides excellent sound clarity for speech, allowing you to reduce listening effort.
Up to date connectivity
ReSound Vivia hearing aids are up to date connectivity. These hearing aids incorporate the latest Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) technology, including the new Auracast connection system, which guarantees the highest sound quality with the lowest power consumption. This way, you can enjoy an excellent direct connection to your phone so you can use them as wireless headphones for calls, streaming video and music, audio messages... This connectivity is compatible with iPhones and Android phones with Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. Furthermore, the Auracast connection protocol is designed to connect to any electronic product that incorporates it, such as televisions and computers. This innovative technology is also designed so that in the future you can connect in public places that implement it, such as airport PA systems or theaters. Finally, ReSound also offers a wide variety of wireless accessories to discreetly control your Vivia, listen to TV directly through your hearing aids, or use portable microphones.

Hours and hours of energy
The ReSound Vivia MicroRIE R are powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery with very low power consumption, allowing them to operate perfectly for between 20 and 30 hours depending on the level of streaming use. All you have to do is place them on the inductive charger, without worrying about difficult connections. Plus, you can choose from several different charger styles to suit your daily needs. First, there's the desktop charger designed to sit on your nightstand. Second, there's a charger that doubles as a case. Finally, there's a Premium charging case that allows you to recharge anywhere thanks to its built-in battery that stores enough power for three full charges of two hearing aids.
Your pocket audiologist
Wherever you are, the ReSound Assist Live service allows you to enjoy visits with your audiologist thanks to the ReSound Smart 3D application. This way, your audiologist can apply changes to your programming in real time through a video call as if it were an in-person visit. Control your hearing aids easily
The ReSound Smart 3D app allows you to control your hearing aids in the most discreet way possible. With it, you can raise and lower the volume or customize its sound so that your hearing aids work according to your personal preferences. You can even geotag a location so that your hearing aids automatically change to the settings you have decided for that specific location. The ReSound Smart 3D app can also help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. You can also check how much battery your hearing aids have left and receive a notification when it needs to be recharged. In addition, it also helps you cope with tinnitus by masking it with relaxing sounds, whether white noise or nature sounds.

Which services are included exactly?
1. UNLIMITED HEARING TESTS:We monitor hearing loss and adjust hearing aid accordingly, with as many visits as you need.
2.UNLIMITED VISITS TO YOUR HEARING-AID SPECIALIST:We're always there to address your queries and issues and discuss improvements to your hearing aid.
3. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:With Claso Care you won't just be extending your hearing-aid manufacturer's warranty, we'll also give you all the batteries you need for free.
4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
8. HEARING-AID REPLACEMENT:If your hearing aid takes longer than 5 days to repair, we'll provide you with a replacement while yours is repaired.
9. ACCOMPANYING SERVICE:We'll be with you from the word go, advising you in keeping with your needs: price, aesthetics, connectivity, size... and we'll also be there with you throughout the span the span of your hearing health.
