Phonak's SmartSpeech technology, trained with artificial intelligence, makes it easier for you to understand speech. This combination of systems not only makes conversations louder, but also allows you to hear words more clearly and distinctly. This makes conversations much easier to understand in any environment.
- Speech Enhancer focuses on giving a greater boost to particularly soft or distant voices in quieter listening environments. This way, you have to strain much less to understand people who speak particularly softly.
- SpeechSensor is an automatic feature that detects the main voice source and focuses its microphones on the direction from which it is emitted, whether in front of, to the sides of, or behind. This ensures maximum speech understanding from any direction.
Comfortable in noisy environments
Noisy and constantly changing environments are the worst enemy of people with hearing loss, as they make speech understanding difficult. Virto Infinio R hearing aids incorporate a motion sensor that analyzes your gestures and movements to improve the performance of your hearing aids in these more challenging environments. They also classify ambient noise into different types to more accurately adapt to your surroundings.
- As we move, our sound environment is constantly changing. The Virto Infinio R recognizes whether you're stationary or moving thanks to its motion sensor. - There are many different types of noise in the world. A continuous background noise is completely different from one that occurs suddenly in an instant or a soft noise that plays nonstop. - Virto Infinio R has universal connectivity. It's compatible with iOS, Android, or other Bluetooth®-enabled phones. This way, you can make hands-free calls, listen to audio or videos directly through your hearing aids, and use voice assistants like Siri or Google Assistant.
- Beyond phones and tablets, your Virto Infinio can connect to other compatible Bluetooth devices like computers, TVs, e-books, and more, allowing you to use them as headphones.
- Virto Infinio R hearing aids are ready to connect using the new Bluetooth Auracast, which will be the future of connectivity in public places such as airport PA systems, government buildings, and theaters.
- If your TV doesn't have Bluetooth, Phonak offers the TV Connector accessory that allows you to easily connect to any audio system.
- Virto Infinio R is compatible with RogerDirect technology, allowing you to connect directly to Roger microphones. These microphones improve speech understanding in extremely difficult environments.
- Thanks to its motion sensor, you can accept or end calls, control Bluetooth® audio streaming, and use voice assistants with just a touch of your ear.

Phonak Infinio hearing aids allow you to enjoy all the benefits of teleaudiology using your mobile phone, whether Android or iPhone. With them, you can make remote visits. Simply schedule an appointment and we will solve your hearing difficulties from the comfort of your home, vacation spot, work...
- You will have a video call with your audiologist who, in turn, can connect to your hearing aids remotely and adjust them in real time, no matter where you are. Your audiologist will make changes to your programming and you can check the results immediately as if it were a face-to-face appointment.

Control everything from your mobile
With the myPhonak app you can control multiple aspects of the operation of your hearing aids. You can do simple things like choosing the program or varying the volume, but it also allows you to configure the direction of its microphones, how they reduce ambient noise or equalize the sound. This way, you can create specific settings for certain very specific places and even save these preferences to use again when you return to that place with just a tap of your finger.

Claso Care includes all hearing services you need to ensure your maximum tranquility and satisfaction. You can add it at the time of the purchase from 1 to 5 years. Renewable whenever you want, just contact us and we will extend it for 150 € per year.
Which services are included exactly?
1. UNLIMITED HEARING TESTS:We monitor hearing loss and adjust hearing aid accordingly, with as many visits as you need.
2.UNLIMITED VISITS TO YOUR HEARING-AID SPECIALIST:We're always there to address your queries and issues and discuss improvements to your hearing aid.
3. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:With Claso Care you won't just be extending your hearing-aid manufacturer's warranty, we'll also give you all the batteries you need for free.
4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
8. HEARING-AID REPLACEMENT:If your hearing aid takes longer than 5 days to repair, we'll provide you with a replacement while yours is repaired.
9. ACCOMPANYING SERVICE:We'll be with you from the word go, advising you in keeping with your needs: price, aesthetics, connectivity, size... and we'll also be there with you throughout the span the span of your hearing health.
