Bernafon's Alpha XT hearing aids have excellent 2.4 GHz Bluetooth wireless connectivity that allows you to use them as hands-free headphones for calls and listening to what you play on your mobile, be it WhatsApp messages, music applications, videos... You can enjoy these advantatges with mobiles with IOS operating system or Android system compatible with the new ASHA protocol (audio transmission for hearing aids). And if your phone isn't compatible, you can enjoy these features, as well as remote microphone and remote control functionality, with the discreet Soundclip-A accessory. Whether in the comfort of your home, enjoying a vacation or taking a break from work, you can make a video call with your hearing care professional who will make changes to your programming in real time to solve any possible difficulties that may have arisen. Simply, you will do the same as in a face-to-face visit but without having to go to the hearing center. Teleaudiology comes true with the Alpha XT!
Take control with Bernafon
The new and improved Bernafon mobile application allows you to choose the program for your hearing aids, as well as their volume. You can also make small changes to how your Alpha XT works, such as adjusting the noise reduction or equalizing the direct drive sound. And not only that, since you can also control the operation of the wireless accessories that you may have, such as the Soundclip-A and the TV-A. Finally, you can check how much battery your hearing aids have left or help you find them if you lose them. Feel the control in the palm of your hand!

Claso Care includes all hearing services you need to ensure your maximum tranquility and satisfaction. You can add it at the time of the purchase from 1 to 5 years. Renewable whenever you want, just contact us and we will extend it for 150 € per year.
Which services are included exactly?
1. UNLIMITED HEARING TESTS:We monitor hearing loss and adjust hearing aid accordingly, with as many visits as you need.
2.UNLIMITED VISITS TO YOUR HEARING-AID SPECIALIST:We're always there to address your queries and issues and discuss improvements to your hearing aid.
3. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:With Claso Care you won't just be extending your hearing-aid manufacturer's warranty, we'll also give you all the batteries you need for free.
4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
8. HEARING-AID REPLACEMENT:If your hearing aid takes longer than 5 days to repair, we'll provide you with a replacement while yours is repaired.
9. ACCOMPANYING SERVICE:We'll be with you from the word go, advising you in keeping with your needs: price, aesthetics, connectivity, size... and we'll also be there with you throughout the span the span of your hearing health.
