The Silk Charge&Go IX hearing aids analyze the sound of your environment to most effectively eliminate noise from the place you are in. In addition, they not only detect continuous noises in the environment but also detect those that occur suddenly and reduce them completely independently depending on their type. Portable power
Silk Charge&Go IX hearing aids are powered by a rechargeable battery that gives you enough power for a day of use. In just 3 hours of charging, your hearing aids will have power for 26 hours of operation. If you charge for only 30 minutes, it already allows you to have 7 hours of use. Its charging case is easy to use, without complicated connections. It is also totally portable since it is not only a charger but also includes a powerbank inside. This way, you can accumulate enough power to fully recharge two hearing aids four times without having to plug it in. Finally, this charger can be charged wirelessly using any Qi-enabled charger on the market.
Remote assistance
If you are a person without a moment of respite in your life, Signia hearing aids offer you the TeleCare service with which you can enjoy visits with your audiologist remotely. Through the Signia App, you can ask your audiologist for help by explaining your difficulties and he will make a new programming for your hearing aids that you can install yourself through the application. Whether traveling, at work or at home, Signia hearing aids allow you to take advantage of the possibilities of teleaudiology wherever you are.*
Configure your hearing aids with your mobile
Signia App allows you to control your hearing aids from the comfort of your mobile. With this intuitive application, you can vary the volume, change programs or balance its sound depending on your preferences for the time and place you are. You can also decide the direction in which the microphones of your hearing aids focus 360º around you. Additionally, you can activate a special mode that optimizes your hearing aids to better hear people wearing a mask. On the other hand, you can also vary the volume when you are listening to something via streaming or manage the different accessories that you may have connected to your hearing aids. Finally, Signia App also includes an AI-based virtual assistant that will clarify your doubts by establishing a dialogue with you.

Claso Care includes all hearing services you need to ensure your maximum tranquility and satisfaction. You can add it at the time of the purchase from 1 to 5 years. Renewable whenever you want, just contact us and we will extend it for 150 € per year.
Which services are included exactly?
1. UNLIMITED HEARING TESTS:We monitor hearing loss and adjust hearing aid accordingly, with as many visits as you need.
2.UNLIMITED VISITS TO YOUR HEARING-AID SPECIALIST:We're always there to address your queries and issues and discuss improvements to your hearing aid.
3. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:With Claso Care you won't just be extending your hearing-aid manufacturer's warranty, we'll also give you all the batteries you need for free.
4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
8. HEARING-AID REPLACEMENT:If your hearing aid takes longer than 5 days to repair, we'll provide you with a replacement while yours is repaired.
9. ACCOMPANYING SERVICE:We'll be with you from the word go, advising you in keeping with your needs: price, aesthetics, connectivity, size... and we'll also be there with you throughout the span the span of your hearing health.
