Zeal hearing aids offer the most advanced sound processing thanks to their built-in AI. Their Deep Neural Network 2.0 allows these hearing aids to provide you with the best speech understanding without sacrificing the full spectrum of ambient sound around you. In this way, Zeal offers a more complete sound experience, enabling your brain to perceive the surrounding sounds more naturally without compromising your ability to understand conversations. Furthermore, this sound processing method is continuously active, regardless of your environment.
Understanding even in noisy environments
Noisy environments are the worst enemy of people with hearing loss. They make it difficult to understand conversations and can sometimes be quite bothersome. Moreover, the environment we are in is not always the same, and therefore, the noises are also different. A more or less continuous background noise, like the sound of conversations at other tables in a café, is not the same as a sudden, unexpected noise, like a door slamming. Oticon Zeal hearing aids recognize the differences between various types of noise and adjust their settings accordingly. Ultra-fast charging
Oticon Zeal hearing aids are powered by a rechargeable battery, eliminating the need for disposable batteries. In just 2 hours, your hearing aids will be fully charged, providing up to 20 hours of listening time. Furthermore, their ultra-fast charging system allows you to enjoy 16 hours of use with just 1 hour of charging. And if you forget to charge them, you can get 4 hours of use with only 15 minutes of charging. All of this is easy and requires no complicated connections. Simply place your hearing aids in position, and you're ready to go. Finally, the charger is fully portable, storing enough energy for 3 complete charges of your Zeal hearing aids.
Connectivity of the future
The Oticon Zeal hearing aids come equipped with the new Bluetooth LE technology, providing you with improved sound quality and significantly lower power consumption. You can pair them with your mobile phone to use them as a hands-free headset for calls or to listen to any audio or video playing on your phone. Furthermore, with a simple tap on your hearing aid, you can answer calls without taking your phone out of your pocket. If your phone is not compatible with the new Bluetooth LE technology, don't worry. The Zeal hearing aids can still connect using previous methods. This means you can use them with iOS devices via the Made for iPhone system or with Android devices compatible with the ASHA connectivity protocol. Finally, Oticon offers a range of accessories that allow you to get the most out of your hearing aids, such as the TV Connect adapter for listening to television directly through your Zeal hearing aids, the ConnectClip remote microphone, or the Bluetooth LE adapter for mobile phones, which allows you to connect your hearing aids to phones without this connectivity system.

Your audiologist at a distance*
Oticon hearing aids are ready to offer you all the advantages of teleaudiology. Thanks to its RemoteCare application, you can make remote visits with your audiologist in which, through a video call, you will explain what worries you and he will connect in real time to your hearing aids to be able to change their programming. It is like a face-to-face visit but without having to go to the hearing centre. Whether because you cannot go to the centre, you are travelling or you simply do not have time to travel, RemoteCare allows you to continue enjoying the best care from your audiologist.
Control your hearing aids from your mobile
You can make small changes to the operation of your hearing aids using the Oticon Companion mobile application. With it, you can regulate the volume of your hearing aids or of what you are listening to via streaming, change the program you are on, activate maximum noise reduction with its SpeechBooster function, equalise the sound according to your tastes or control the operation of Oticon wireless accessories. On the other hand, not only can you decide how you listen, but it can also help you with purely practical matters such as checking how much battery your hearing aids have left or helping you find them if you lose them.

Claso Care includes all hearing services you need to ensure your maximum tranquility and satisfaction. You can add it at the time of the purchase from 1 to 5 years. Renewable whenever you want, just contact us and we will extend it for 150 € per year.
Which services are included exactly?
1. UNLIMITED HEARING TESTS:We monitor hearing loss and adjust hearing aid accordingly, with as many visits as you need.
2.UNLIMITED VISITS TO YOUR HEARING-AID SPECIALIST:We're always there to address your queries and issues and discuss improvements to your hearing aid.
3. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:With Claso Care you won't just be extending your hearing-aid manufacturer's warranty, we'll also give you all the batteries you need for free.
4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
8. HEARING-AID REPLACEMENT:If your hearing aid takes longer than 5 days to repair, we'll provide you with a replacement while yours is repaired.
9. ACCOMPANYING SERVICE:We'll be with you from the word go, advising you in keeping with your needs: price, aesthetics, connectivity, size... and we'll also be there with you throughout the span the span of your hearing health.
