And if your child forgets to charge them, they can enjoy 4 hours of use with a charge of only 15 minutes. All this without complicated connections, so your child will have no difficulty charging them. Simply place the hearing aids in their slots, and that's it. Finally, Oticon also offers the option of purchasing its Smartcharger travel charger, which stores enough energy for three full charges without needing to be plugged in.
The future of connectivity
The Oticon Play SI hearing aids incorporate the new Bluetooth LE technology, offering improved sound quality and significantly lower power consumption. They can connect to mobile phones or tablets for use as hands-free headsets, whether for calls or listening to any playback. With them, your child can enjoy their favorite cartoons in the best possible way. Furthermore, this Bluetooth LE system is compatible with the new Auracast technology, allowing your child to connect to public speakers in the future, such as those found in theaters and cinemas. If your mobile phone or tablet is not compatible with the new Bluetooth LE technology, there's no need to worry, as the Oticon Play SI can still connect using previous hearing aid connection methods. This means they can be used with iOS devices via the Made for iPhone system or with Android devices compatible with the ASHA connectivity protocol. Finally, Oticon offers its EduMic accessory: a remote microphone designed especially for learning environments with which you will hear your teacher directly through your Play SI.

Oticon hearing aids are designed to offer you all the advantages of teleaudiology. Thanks to the RemoteCare app, you can have remote appointments with your audiologist. Through a video call, you can explain your concerns, and they will connect to your hearing aids in real time to adjust their programming. It's like an in-person visit, but without having to travel to the hearing center. Whether you can't go to the center or you're traveling, RemoteCare allows you to continue receiving the best care from your audiologist.
Control the hearing aids from your mobile phone
By installing the Oticon Companion mobile app, either on your phone or theirs, you can make minor adjustments to the operation of your hearing aids. With it, you can adjust the volume of their hearing aids or streaming audio, change the program they're listening to, activate maximum noise reduction with the SpeechBooster function, equalize the sound to their liking, or control the operation of Oticon wireless accessories. Furthermore, you can not only decide how they hear but it can also help with practical matters such as checking the remaining battery life of their hearing aids or helping you find them if they're lost.

Which services are included exactly?
1. UNLIMITED HEARING TESTS:We monitor hearing loss and adjust hearing aid accordingly, with as many visits as you need.
2.UNLIMITED VISITS TO YOUR HEARING-AID SPECIALIST:We're always there to address your queries and issues and discuss improvements to your hearing aid.
3. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:With Claso Care you won't just be extending your hearing-aid manufacturer's warranty, we'll also give you all the batteries you need for free.
4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
8. HEARING-AID REPLACEMENT:If your hearing aid takes longer than 5 days to repair, we'll provide you with a replacement while yours is repaired.
9. ACCOMPANYING SERVICE:We'll be with you from the word go, advising you in keeping with your needs: price, aesthetics, connectivity, size... and we'll also be there with you throughout the span the span of your hearing health.
