Understand in 360°
Hearing aids are designed to help people communicate comfortably with each other. Oticon Zircon analyzes the sound from 360° around you to detect speech and amplify it independently of the rest of the sound environment around you. Thanks to this, Oticon Zircon highlights the sounds of speech so that you hear words more clearly. This way, you understand the conversation much better and with less effort, regardless of where someone is speaking to you from.
Cut out the noise
Noisy environments make it considerably more difficult to understand conversations, especially if you suffer from hearing loss. These noisy environments are not always the same since the noises themselves can be very different. The continuous ambient sound of a coffee shop is not the same as one that happens suddenly, such as a door slamming, or the sound of a blizzard. Oticon Zircon is able to recognize these differences and attenuate them differently depending on the source of the noise. In this way, these hearing aids ensure your comfort and achieve better understanding of the conversation in difficult environments.
Charge up on energy
Oticon Zircon hearing aids are powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Simply place them in their respective slots on their inductive charger and your hearing aids will be fully charged in just over 3 hours for use for a whole day. Also, if you forget to charge them, no problem, as their ultra-fast charging system charges them 40% in one hour and 20% in just 30 minutes. Finally, Oticon also offers you its Smartcharger travel charger with which you can not only enjoy these advantages but also allow you to accumulate enough energy to perform 3 full charges of your Zircon hearing aids without having to worry about plugging it in.
Connectivity with phones
Oticon Zircon hearing aids have Bluetooth so you can connect them to your mobile phone and use them as wireless headphones to make hands-free calls or listen to what you play on your phone such as audio messages, videos, music... You can take advantage of this audio connectivity on a wide range of mobile phones since Oticon Zircon is compatible with the IOS operating system of iPhone mobile phones or iPad tablets and with Android phones that incorporate the ASHA communication protocol. On the other hand, you have different accessories to make the most of your hearing aids such as the ConnectClip remote microphone, which also allows you to connect to non-compatible phones, or the TV Connect adapter to listen to the television directly on your hearing aids independently of the sound from the TV speaker.

Your audiologist at a distance*
Oticon hearing aids are ready to offer you all the advantages of teleaudiology. Thanks to its RemoteCare application, you can make remote visits with your audiologist in which, through a video call, you will explain what worries you and he will connect in real time to your hearing aids to be able to change their programming. It is like a face-to-face visit but without having to go to the hearing centre. Whether because you cannot go to the centre, you are travelling or you simply do not have time to travel, RemoteCare allows you to continue enjoying the best care from your audiologist.
Control your hearing aids from your mobile
You can make small changes to the operation of your hearing aids using the Oticon Companion mobile application. With it, you can regulate the volume of your hearing aids or of what you are listening to via streaming, change the program you are on or control the operation of Oticon wireless accessories. On the other hand, not only can you decide how you listen, but it can also help you with purely practical matters such as checking how much battery your hearing aids have left or helping you find them if you lose them.

Claso Care includes all hearing services you need to ensure your maximum tranquility and satisfaction. You can add it at the time of the purchase from 1 to 5 years. Renewable whenever you want, just contact us and we will extend it for 150 € per year.
Which services are included exactly?
1. UNLIMITED HEARING TESTS:We monitor hearing loss and adjust hearing aid accordingly, with as many visits as you need.
2.UNLIMITED VISITS TO YOUR HEARING-AID SPECIALIST:We're always there to address your queries and issues and discuss improvements to your hearing aid.
3. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:With Claso Care you won't just be extending your hearing-aid manufacturer's warranty, we'll also give you all the batteries you need for free.
4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
8. HEARING-AID REPLACEMENT:If your hearing aid takes longer than 5 days to repair, we'll provide you with a replacement while yours is repaired.
9. ACCOMPANYING SERVICE:We'll be with you from the word go, advising you in keeping with your needs: price, aesthetics, connectivity, size... and we'll also be there with you throughout the span the span of your hearing health.
