Furthermore, this version of Bluetooth supports Auracast, a new technology designed for simple, direct connections to public sound systems—such as those found in museums, theaters, or public address systems. And if your mobile phone doesn’t support Bluetooth LE, don’t worry. These hearing aids can connect to iPhone, Android, and any device using the older Bluetooth Classic technology.

Pure Charge&Go MaX hearing aids feature a built-in, energy-efficient rechargeable battery that provides enough power for the entire day—offering up to 30 hours of operation, depending on your streaming usage. Signia offers two types of chargers to suit your preferences: a desktop charger, designed to stay at home, and a portable charging case that stores enough energy for three full recharges of a pair of hearing aids. They are also simple to use—just place your hearing aids into their respective slots, and you’re all set.
Remote support
If you lead a busy, non-stop life, Signia hearing aids offer the TeleCare service, allowing you to have remote consultations with your audiologist. Through the Signia One app, you can video call your audiologist, explain any challenges you’re experiencing, and they can connect to your hearing aids to make real-time adjustments to your settings—just as if you were there in person. Whether you are traveling, at work, or at home, Signia hearing aids let you take advantage of teleaudiology, wherever you happen to be.*
Configure your hearing aids from your mobile phone
The Signia One app allows you to control your hearing aids from the convenience of your mobile phone. With this intuitive app, you can adjust the volume, switch programs, or balance the sound to suit your preferences for the specific moment and environment. You can also control the directional focus of your hearing aids’ microphones, covering a full 360° range around you. Additionally, you can adjust the volume while streaming audio or manage the various accessories connected to your hearing aids. Finally, Signia One includes an AI-powered virtual assistant that can answer your questions through an interactive dialogue.

Claso Care includes all hearing services you need to ensure your maximum tranquility and satisfaction. You can add it at the time of the purchase from 1 to 5 years. Renewable whenever you want, just contact us and we will extend it for 150 € per year.
Which services are included exactly?
1. UNLIMITED HEARING TESTS:We monitor hearing loss and adjust hearing aid accordingly, with as many visits as you need.
2.UNLIMITED VISITS TO YOUR HEARING-AID SPECIALIST:We're always there to address your queries and issues and discuss improvements to your hearing aid.
3. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:With Claso Care you won't just be extending your hearing-aid manufacturer's warranty, we'll also give you all the batteries you need for free.
4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
8. HEARING-AID REPLACEMENT:If your hearing aid takes longer than 5 days to repair, we'll provide you with a replacement while yours is repaired.
9. ACCOMPANYING SERVICE:We'll be with you from the word go, advising you in keeping with your needs: price, aesthetics, connectivity, size... and we'll also be there with you throughout the span the span of your hearing health.
