- Through a video call, your audiologist will be able to adjust your child's hearing aids remotely and in real time, wherever you are. As if it were an in-person appointment, your audiologist will apply changes to their programming and you will be able to immediately check its effectiveness. All of this controlled by you, their parents, thanks to the parental control option in the myPhonak Junior application.
All the necessary control at hand
Sky Lumity offers you the possibility of controlling certain aspects of your child's hearing aids through an intuitive mobile application compatible with either IOS or Android. With the myPhonak Junior app you can control the volume of their Sky, as well as the noise reduction level and the directionality of the microphones. In this way, you can adapt the operation of their Lumity to any sound environment. In addition, you can check practical aspects such as the battery charge level or change settings related to their Bluetooth connection. Finally, it also monitors the use of hearing aids in order to establish usage goals and check if these are achieved. All of this is done with a fun and attractive design for children that helps them become more involved in the care and use of their hearing aids. And, of course, you can establish parental control with a password with which you will decide which parts of the application your child can use and which only you.

4. REPROGRAMMING:It's very common to make adjustments to your hearing aid in keeping with your hearing loss.
5. MAINTENANCE:To make sure your hearing aid is working properly, clear out obstructions, clean moulds, etc. Hearing aids need to be adjusted once or twice a year.
6. DAMAGE REPAIRS:All of them, including those not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As long as your hearing aid is not declared total sinister, you will be fully covered.
7. CUSTOMIZED EAR MOULDS:We create made-to-measure products for our customers. The moulds are included and will be adapted and renewed as often as necessary for the duration of your Claso Care plan.
8. HEARING-AID REPLACEMENT:If your hearing aid takes longer than 5 days to repair, we'll provide you with a replacement while yours is repaired.
